Hi,

 

New to the game, been playing for about a week and managed to grasp most of the basics and understand everything. However, there is one thing I can't find any info on and that's players who are blue? Your team is usually green and the enemy is red but occasionally I'll come across a player in my team who is blue.

 

In one game the blue player killed me and then went on to kill my team mates which was rather unsporting.

Players who attack their own side turn blue.

 

We had one yesterday and the whole team destroyed him in seconds.

Ahh, that explains it then. I wondered if it might have been something special or someone who had hacked the game. What are the criteria for turning blue and how long do you stay that colour?

 

I've hit players on my own team but only by accident, say if I've lined up a shot and just as I fire someone drives in front of me.

I unfortunately have kill only one player on my own team before (I was team killed by my own team afterwards) . So don't do it

If someone is Blue that means they've been flagged automatically by the game as being a team killer.  This means you can kill this player and will not receive any penalties for doing so.

If the player continues to team kill his team mates, he/she will eventually be auto banned from the game.

Thanks, that helps. I've seen quite a few blue players and I've either been shot at or killed in some cases by them.

Look at this situation : my game crashed at begining , quickly restarted it and got into match just to find out that KV-1 teammate is firing at me and lighting me on fire.After I used extinguisher quicky, had to circle him to death as he as still shooting at me.I went blue after killing him of course, but I did this only in self defense and because I was other high tier that match depended on.After that I killed 2 enemy tanks, latched up to other TD side so he can'T move and shot his sides, while some of my teammate decided that game was mostly done and shot me in back because I was tagged as teamkiller, so I basically died because some kid decided it was fun to shoot my tank with his mighty KV-1 and when I proved him wrong , I was sentenced to blue name.

That's bad. Hopefully you won't stay blue for long, I would imagine you go green after a while of non-team killing. But it is bad that you were turned blue in the first place for self defence. I tried killing a blue player once after I'd been caught out in a previous battle, they fired at me so I fired back but they were stronger and killed me. But at least I know now that they get auto-banned after a while.

Just kill immediately a blue tank. Zero tolerance. Afternoon that you kill an neemt and that courts it back to zero. Kill blue !!!

After you killed a blue tank you kill an enemy and that count back to zero, not minus 1.

This actually gets me worried in games in my T95 as people decide to give me a push by ramming into me at full speed and losing 50-100 HP, will i ever turn blue in return for this?

TK is always annoying but inevitably comes with this kind of games, there is nothing you can do about it.

 

I once had a game where 1 tank started shooting a friendly right from the start. Directly I fired him in the ass to warn him. When he started shooting at me 3 others teammates also started to fire on him. Eventually I killed him so I got blue. Luckily the other teammates read the situation and all 'Affirmed' and we played the match and even won it without them turning on me because I killed the tank that started shooting his own teammates.

Maybe not the most mature thing to do, but hey it was effective. 

 

@derpy: I don't know, let's try it sometime and find out. Ill drive my medium downhill against your T95 and find out quick enough :) Shouldn't be the case in my opinion. Only when you actively shoot someone.

Players witch kill their allies are in blue colour,but if they do this too much they will be banned.

No it hasn't. You can still turn blue if you drown your team or push them off cliffs.

Ha some teammates deserve killing I would consider this a Service to the rest of the team. Non movers those who pretend at the beginning and hold back,stupid fast tanks camping pretending to be TDs, etc etc !!!!!!

Ahh yes I remember team killing. It was always fun to get a JgPz E 100's HE shell in the back of your tank...real fun.

What is with that blue lightning that comes out the barrel when you fire a shot (in the new update) it looks really bad - makes the tanks look like kids toys. Totally ruins the feeling of reality. Why spoil a good thing with such a lame, unreal effect ???

So disappointing.
