The only reason that you lost... is that you p***ed me off.
The win rate is a indication of how much difference you make in your games. Anything above 50% indicates you are actively contributing to wins. Anything below indicates you're dragging the team down.
This is assuming that the average player (49-51 % winrate), is exactly that: average. I count myself amoung those.

unfortunately he hasn't got many battles under his belt, he does well, but the more battles he will participate in, the more he will lose/draw, all of these stats will differ when you play more games, unless you seal club...

Agree, I suppose he started this topic just to brag with his 300 battles.
I'm sorry but being noob is not shame haahahahahah
people still don't know that hit ratio is the standard to good players not win rate because you may win without doing anything.
Edit:I wanted to say average damage not hit ratio

WR is in fact a reasonable method for comparison, but only after many games, since statistically an average player will revert back to 50% (other variables such as team idiocy will wash out over time). This means that an average ratio above or below 50 is an indicator of player value added, although it will be affected by factors such as whether the player spends actual money on the game. HR is not a great indicator since you may have high ratio even if firing only once per game, and therefore not contributing much. Other factors such as damage inflicted per tank according to tier are also useful indicators. I'd say that he's doing a great job so far
60%+ is a great win ratio, it means that you definitely contribute to your team!
In my opinion WR is harder to maintain at higher tiers as the average experience of players there is higher. On the other hand it also means that you may have less chance of having a team full of underachievers. ;)
My WR is 57,43% after 1600 battles, and I have one Tier IX tank (IS-8).
