Hello there dear friends, derpy here, while I'm not really a newcomer, I feel like what I'm asking is sort of a "noob" question, it's about the match making queue, whenever I go into a battle, I see the queue, and I see 2 tier 8s in the queue, but, when I go into battle, bam, 3 tier 8s a side, this is all strange to me because in the PC version there was more than enough tanks in the queue to make 5 battles, are they bots or something? Answers please.

No, they're players. It just has to do with how the queue is displayed to you prior to entering the battle.
My guess is that at the moment the Matchmaker finds enough players for a battle, you're immediately transported into the battle, therefore you don't see the players waiting in queue.
