Ah. Another Golden Noob.

T34 is already at crew 100% because it costs €€€.

You could buy chocolate/coke, ventilation, gun laying drive, and save up experience for when (if) they bring in advanced crew skills. Also there is another consumable that improves firing rate - you know, that one they fire up just before they die in panic*. :)

Edit: * Adrenaline.

Mehaar, it's a gun rammer that increases rate of fire, not a gun laying drive, ya silly.

The only reason that you lost... is that you p***ed me off.

And also it's not the T34 prototype 'murican tank, it's the famous communist T-34 medium tank.

gosh, you're right, what a dumbo! Although... If you target more quickly, you fire more quickly and your rate might go up a bit too!?

I didn't save that one, did I? :|

And waddaya mean? There's TWO T-34's??!?.  And even if there is, how do you know which one he means!!!?

Blimey, I think I've run out of punctuation now...

swtboy to answer original question - train your crew to 100%, have ventilation and gun rammer modules installed, take Extra combat ratios and Adrenaline consumables with you. Equip ZiS-4 gun (aka "hole-punch"). During battle hit Adrenaline for 25% ROF increase for 30 seconds.

Mehaar - lol. U always make me laugh :)

Russian legendary tank is T-34 whereas Murrican (ty DerpyMcDerp) prototype is T34. Hyphen is the only difference

I only played 200 games in T-34, no wonder I forgot all about it...  ;P
