İt has a good gun. Thats the only good thing ı can say about it.

it does not have any particular weakness or strength, so it can work in any role you need it to, while excelling in no role. So it can get you good average stats, but its utterly boring and uninspiring to play.

I hate to jump on that, but I don't agree. It's one of the most challenging tanks in my Garage, and one day I am going to Master it.

Love to see fans of the shunned and unloved tanks in the game.

The Chi-To is unloved? Why? It's awesome. As long as everyone agrees not to look at my stats I can confidently proclaim anyone can do well in it.

It is like the baby panther, but green and doesn't feel like it has had it's tracks dipped in concrete for being naughty.

Well I thought I would do good with Chi-To because it has better DPM than quite a lot of mediums like T-34-85 and VK 28.01. In return, I didn't. For me, I think it is with the problem of its mobility and also the armor profile. The armor is easily penetrable and it looks boxy, making it more difficult to hide your armor. Mobility-wise it does not really live up to a normal medium, or at least much less mobile than Cromwell. Still, the DPM and penetration numbers are more than enough in this tier and for me this tank is not too bad, but I won't keep it.

A dedicated hater of IS-7 since day one. (Unpopular opinion :P )
