Is the personal rating proportionate to how "well" you play- i.e survival rate, average damage etc, or from xp earned or total damage or whatever? Iv watched my personal rating and it never decreases, even when i had a 6 lose streak?

Its a combination of how well and how much you have played. That is also why it is pretty useless, because even the worst noob will get a few k of personal rating if he just plays x thousand battles.

Well it depends on the "weight" of individual indicators into the complex number. Anyway, I wouldn't trust this number much - but players need some "one number" to compare their e-peens so here it comes :-)

I would not trust personal ratings cuz they heavily depend on the number of the battles played
