Hello,
as I already mentioned I'm a n00b :), and have some questions about tracks.

I recently purchased the T44, and saw on the WoT wiki that they recommend to research tracks first. The thing is, they cost 13k xp, and it's only +2° Hull rotation... I don't know if it's really worth it to begin by that...

And, I read this topic that explains that the "enhanced suspensions" equipment wasn't really worth it on Blitz because there is no load limit for the suspension (if I got it right?). I don't know the link between suspensions / tracks , though.

so, is the tracks research so important to spend my first 13k xp on it ?

In traditional WoT, the tracks gave the load limit, so in some cases you cannot mount the new turret or gun before your tracks could carry it. In blitz there is no load limit, so the WoT wiki is not entirely correct for the Blitz.

 

However tracks gives more than just rotation speed, it also reduces the speed loss when turning etc.

This and new tracks have better ground resistance providing much better maneuverability

Im on the T44 to and I unlocked in order of 1st gun, engine, tracks, engine and now I am working on the final gun! tracks and engine really did change this tank for me and makes it such a better medium.
