Alright so as we all know, the noobs have over numbered as since late 2014 till now and are still growing rapidly.

The noobs have rushed all the way to Tier X in less than few months and now Tier 10 is one out of 80 chance to get a skilled player.

So I thought maybe we should get a day every week where every body that actually wants to play this game to come at the same time and get on battle?

Any better ideas?

Hy from Germany and the German forums...

 

We had an event like that three times now (Saturdays) and it's always been huge fun. Players joined battle in a specified tier at exactly the same time in 5 minute intervals (20:00:00, 20:05:00 and so on) using eg timeanddate.com and usually you end up with a lot of familiar players in battle.

Would be a nice challenge though to play against a team full of skilled players regularly.

About last week I played a unicum-overloaded game where reds had:

• a MACH platoon
• a CLTR player (unicum Turkish clan)
• an REQ player

And greens had:

• a TESRH platoon (mainly unicum Spanish clan)
• a LOCA player
• a PHNX player

At the start of the game, both teams were like "LOL, wtf is going on?"

The battle was so epic that I was almost vomiting rainbows.

It was incredibly close too. It was down to the LOCA guy and a single MACH, both just one shot away from death.

Greens won.

More battles like those would be fantastic. Enjoyed every second.

 

 

But, in the long run, the noobs on the reds are very good for my win rate.

Is it me or is there an in-flux of nightmare noobs these days.

 

Typical traits:

• playing with no logic
• just being abusive to all
• take 'camping' to a new level
• etc.

 

The German forums seem to have a good idea.....

Hi guys. I'm a newcomer to the game and to the forums, so forgive me for starting with a rant. I originally joined the game to collect iconic tanks of WW2, so I rushed to Tier V pretty quickly to get the Hetzer, StuG 3 and T34. I didn't think much of win rate or even survival. I rushed in, without provisions and sometimes not consuming consumables when I should have, dealt as much damage as I could just to not get negative income, then leave and switch tanks. 

 

Obviously I've been called noob more times than I can remember. Funnily enough though, often by older players with even lower WR than myself. But I have met real pro veterans, with the stats to back them up, who were actually helpful and guided the team to victory without soloing 7 enemies all by themselves as they probably could have done. Players of this type probably make up less than 1% of the population. But they are the ones who inspire people like myself to learn to play better. They recommended YouTube channels like Bushka's, Martin Dogger's etc, they talked to you after the game, told you what you did wrong or right and answered questions. 

 

I guess what I want to say is, new players make mistakes and calling them noob or idiot is not telling them anything new. To combat the noob invasion and make WoTB great again, I implore to the veterans, pros, and elites, display the attitude that you expect of a good and respectable player and lead by example.

Im assuming EVERYONE was once a noob, or do all these so called skillers think that only they have the right to play the game, perhaps they should go Find a new game and allow others to enjoy it instead of barking insults at everyone who doesnt do it their way, in my NOOB opinion, its these people that are ruining it for the rest that well, just darn well wanna play a game and have fun, Its a game, Chillax, sick to death of all the Rommel wannabes and their annoying bitching.

Ah yes, the standard braindead rush, following the rush hour and staying until monday.Easy to solve; platoon, play derp tanks, get drunk,try to play during morning hours of the weekend.And the most important thing, if you feel even a speckle of anger or frustration,close the app and do something more peaceful.Or invite a friend and let him have a front seat in observing the butterfly effect.

Just wondering, guys and girls, if any of you skilled players can remember how skilled you were after 500 games? Or how frustrating and dis-heartening it was to be shouted at because you weren't doing the correct thing when all you wanted to do was play the game and try to improve!

 

Just because you believe us noobs are spoiling your game, no player has the right  to stop us enjoying ours...we are trying to improve it's just going to take time

One thing i gotta tell you.

Noobs never feel the frustration nor the stress of getting called a noob.

Why?
Cause they don't acknowledge that they are noobs themselves.

(Noobs I am talking about are those that aren't trying)

EXAMPLE - 10 games today, in each of them at least 3 team-mates sat behind walls or in bushes, 250metres+ away from the battle, hardly firing a shot, no effort at all to help team mates that were outnumbered by a well organised and structured red opposition.

Sooooo Frustrating, i mean, i get it with TDs, theres places in the game for them to sit, but to watch an MT-25 and a KV-1 sat down a slope just 15 feet away watching me get killed, and then made a move on the tank, No need.
