Tier 7 game on mirage, we had 3 meds, Reds were heavies and tds. I led the 3 meds to flank the Reds who were obviously rolling into the buildings to shoot it out. As we break left a lemon chants out, 3 noobs, obviously wanting the meds to go and shoot it out with heavies front on with him in his heavy too.

 

surprise surprise we fall on the rear of all reds round the lake and a very quick 7-2 victory. 

 

I messaged the lemon after pointing out that A) not a noob, b) kept him alive c) and most importantly, consider the composition of the Reds and play accordingly. He still insists I am a noob, and that's where you laugh it off. Some will just never understand how to 'play' but will systematically do what they do, when it works great, when it doesn't it's someone else's fault.

 

footnote, despite what you may have read, the top tank on the list is not 'the leader' you don't have to do what they want you to do (as if they could tell you anyway) play to your strengths not the Reds. Happy tanking

Got to agree tridentas great post the difference between you and me is I am still very much a noob lots of the time, but do have a few good games as well now

 

had a similar experience a few days back 2 Meds on the team me in a T44 and a T54 reds all heavies and TD's we ran around the map to flank and got screamed at for being noobs and not following orders. Between us me and the T54 carried and killed 5 as the Reds were looking the wrong way lol. Me top and him 2nd.

 

after got a nasty message off the heavy telling to delete game as I was a noob and didn't know what I was doing. Ingnored the prat as I couldn't be bothered any more.

 

As a foot note was one of the best games I've had and really needed to thank the T54 driver for helping he really was good

SU-76 went off to the NE camping spot on Coppafeel, with one light preceding him, as the rest of the team went up the hill above base. Light died for o damage, SU rapidly after for 89 or so, followed by a lot of ranting in French and the call of NOOBS.

Messaged him afterwards "Vous êtes le noob, mon ami", got some ranty French back again. Was quite proud of getting the chapeau on the first "e", though a bit worried about my gender assumptions...

Good one mate! But you know, lots of people easily get stressed out because of SERIOUS noobs, like you know I'm like always in top 3 most dmg dealt but if the <1000 dmg guys dont help the team out... What can you expect....

I do my best, and often im not satisfied with my job. But i try to do it better every time.

But it means A LOT, what players you have on your team. Often it´s egos or someone who will NOT help/support the team.

Often i help them, so i die, because i just want the team to wind, to be a god friend.

But i am just a noooob....  So be it.

Love it, im a Noob, not been playing the game long at all, theres times ive followed peoples orders and died very quickly, Ive learnt to take a note of the map and enemy positions and play to my own strengths, of course that doesnt always work out, and im still learning and keen to listen to others, I have learnt all the usual haunts people tend to hide and thats common knowledge so i do try to avoiding utilising those spots myself.

Today in the desert i was very suprised to see a Kv-1 and a Leopard on my team, with over 6000 battles between them, Camping, doing nothing, Ohh sorry, leopard did move once the red were on their last man.

I dont care about being called a noob, everybody was once a noob right, i would like advice on hit points tho and were its best to hit tanks because repeatedly despite scoring most kills, most damage and most xp in the game at tier v, im still "minus" credits at times, whats that about, there must be some advice someone could share with me, id be very grateful.

Are you using consumables in each battle? I don't use them and camouflage neither and I'm wining a lot of credits in Tier V with T34 having an average damage around 800 and average XP around 500.

yer im using camo otherwise everyone sees ya straight away and consumables, but thats not whats doing it im sure, did away wi all extras and turned auto re-supply off and made no difference, i am on a gold acc too.

You gain credits by doing more damage, hitting more regularly, spotting and assisting the team... take a look at your stats:

Making things better than average will make you more money and XP, in essence. And try and get better and play more games in lower tiers before struggling in tier V. Or VI.
