I made a claim wth Apple on 10 purchases on Blitz  for a €160 refund and got €118.92 back.  Cost me 10 mins of complaint hoop jumping.  I strongly suggest that everyone who spent money file complaints with you app providers.  You want to get WG attention, then let the big fish put them under the thumb!  Hit WG where it hurts, at the bottom line.

Apple users follow this link below (be sure to complain on EACH and EVERY purchase!)

 

Go to the link below and log in.  It should take you to a list of everythingÿ you have bought via ITunes.  Next to each one is a "Report a Problem" button.  Click that next to each one you want to claim a refund on.  I used the "Problem is not in this list" option from the drop down menu where it says "Chose a problem". Then fill out a short discription of why you want a refund.  See my above example. Then click "submit".  Do that for each transaction you want to report.  Remember you can only go back and claim for the last 90 days.  Anything before that is a loss.

 

Keep in mind you could lose the things in game you bought, but IMO WE ALL NEED TO MAKE A STAND!  Naturally WG does NOT want us to do this, but it is the ONLY way to make them see.  When they have to start explaining to Apple/Google/Steam why they need to pay them back their tune will change, and right quick!

Be warned, it is going around that WG is giving out 14 day bans on everyone that claims a refund!  Do not give in to this coercive tactic!  Do not cower before War Gaming!  I can live without WG and Blitz for 14 days.  Blitz cannot live without paying customers!

I've done a similar thing.

 

My claim was on the basis they have changed the game retrospectively and adversely affected goods I have purchased in good faith by drastically altering the game after update 3.8 

I have also pointed out that it's still advertised as free to play despite it starting on the road to pay to play.

 

Both of these are misrepresenting the game, and therefore breaking contract between player and company.

Afraid not, Done.  All I said was due to game changes WG was effectively making me pay twice.  I offered before and after screenshots, but they didn't even ask for them.

Can you please make a step by step guide for all of us who are kinda handicapped with such matters?

 I do know that the way i express myself to some, if not most, people sound a bit too...aggressive? salty? rude?... but this is the way i speak and the way my thought train rolls...so...yeah...i'm not trying to insult anyone or pick up any fights.

You do realise that any company with an ounce of sense will permanently ban any one claiming money back?

Really don't agree with such actions, the patch has really huge issues, that are very nearly game breaking unless altered, but I don't agree with claiming money back.

Your guys choice though.

As long as you are happy having everything taken from the account you bought with that money. Yes a lot of it is nerfed and the update is beyond bad, but anything required will need to be rebought at new apple prices and won't have the first 3 slots unlocked.

Please inform the rest of us if some have any success with Google Play, all my ingame purchases were made through Google Play (probably around 100 EUR) in the last 3 months, unfortunately  while Google Play offers full refunds no questions asked for 2 hrs after purchase, they don't have the same complaint system as Apple for acquisitions done in the last 3 months, and they say you have to adress the developer. And I guess we all know WG will show very little concern to a refund claim...

Anyone here who was able to get refunds from steam? Apparantly, steam doesn't refund in-app purchases with WoTB ._.

Unfortunately I didn't spend any real money since August (E25 is was). So I can't join your movement guys.

I guess the process is different on the Microsoft store is different as there doesn't seem to be any way of getting a refund from them.

At the current trend of the game I sincerely don't give a f... anymore if WG decides to ban me from the game, as I stated in one of my previous posts, I will probably not play anymore in about 3 days when my premium account ends.

 I've been one of the longest players of this game, with pauses, yeah, but check the registration date on the forum and you'll get what I mean. And let me not agree with you. When you break the game mechanics of a game and transform it from a F2P, to a P2P game, you are breaking a contract made with your customer, I bought those gold and premium vehicles on my own will, but knowing the rules of the game, if I had known this was coming I would have never invested my hard earned Euro in this.

Overall I probably invested in this game as much or maybe more than in 5 years of playing World of Warcraft with monthly subscription. But that was a subscription game not advertised as free to play, and when I left I left because I got bored eventually, not because they decided overnight to change the rules of the game. And funny thing, even at the top of the player base, WoW used to listen to feedback from players and undo bad changes. This is apparently not the case here.

I bookmarked the link. Gonna check my ingame purchases the last 90 days. But I just bought the JagdTiger 8.8 and Löwe and a year of premium time in the last month. So it'll add up. 

 

I am curious what Wargaming is going to do about this FUBAR update. I hope that they will come to their senses or stop smoking what they have been smoking recently... I like to hear a statement from them in the coming days. If not, i want my money back too via the Apple way.
