Just a quick question as this is the first birthday event I have been playing during.

You have to fight 1 battle during the week mentioned and you get all the items mentioned?

M3 Stuart Premium tank
T7 Combat Car Premium tank
1 day of Premium Account
300 gold
50,000 Spare Parts
More than 100 boosters

Or is it just something random from that list?

If true that is actually pretty cool. Also the spare parts will be well received by me.

Do you live under a rock maybe? LOL

What makes you think they will stick to their word this time?

I honestly can't remember the last time they did what they promised.

I read into the e-mail that I've just received from WG that it is everything listed above.  I presume that the two premium tanks come with garage slots? Quite a birthday giveaway.

I am curious, where is this information posted ?

All I have found are the 1v1 tournaments and the 5X EXP for 1st battles.

I must admit, I find this all very confusing.

Forget the tanks ! I don't need bottom feeders I need more spare parts. 300,000 and I may start to come around from 3.8!

THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!!!!!!!! Make it a cool million spare parts and I may come around!

NO!!!! I will never ever let my resolve diminish! Reimburse all of us correctly and I may come around!

NO!!!! All of the above plus 360 days premium plus an M60 plus all tanks fully equipped in my garage and forget everyone else and I may spend some real cash again......wink wink...nudge nudge....

I was sent this info. from a "World of Tanks Blitz"" mailing list yesterday afternoon.  You need to play one battle between June 26th and July 3rd to win all these gifts.

It really does not matter what trinkets WG throw our way. The game is still broken, players will never be satisfied until WG actually recognise the issues and actively seek to change the game.

Hello Titus Scato,

I'm curious to know what difference there is between the US non-premium M3 Stuart, and this premium version? Is the premium essentially just a better credit earner, or are there some technical differences?

I've also read in other threads that the Combat Car is either "useless" (because it can't pen some tanks) or "fun to play" becausef it packs a big, loud machine gun.  Any comments for the people like me who have never played one before?

Thanks.

Thanks for this.  Though I am experienced in WoT, as you can see, I am new here.

Fortunately, I have chosen to stay at the low and mid tiers, so these gifts are perfect for me.

However, if I were one of the veterans here, I would be totally unimpressed with these baby gifts.

Also, having become aware of the Great Equipment Nerf, I would be totally disgusted, also.

I lucked out be starting after the Nerf, and being able to take advantage of the GuP tank give-away.

However, I do feel for the poor guys on the WG Blitz staff who have to deal with all the back-lash from the latest update.

Seems like a job even worse than being a tele-marketer.

Could lead a normal person to reach for drink or drugs.

So please correct me if I'm wrong but are you actually advocating the removal of equipment and the lack of proper reimbursement that didn't come anywhere close to even re equip a fraction of most players garage. I actually find that by not accepting that spare parts and timers were not needed is toxic in its self.

Even the Dev responsible for implementing this change is no longer with Wargaming so there is acknowledgment there and by the many players globally, unfortunately there will all ways be the deluded who can't see which direction the game is going but I can see and it's going the wrong way.

The premium Soviet M3 Light is the same as the M3 Stuart in the American tech tree, but it has the M5 37mm single shot gun, not the autoloader gun, and it has the stock engine with only 268 hp.  So it has poor acceleration compared to the fully upgraded American version of the M3, which means you are going to get hit more often as jinking back and forth is less effective with a weak engine.  Plus, without the autoloader, you can't do a high damage burst and then hide to reload, you have to stay with your turret constantly exposed to enemy fire if you want to get the maximum DPM out of it with continuous shooting.  So the Soviet M3 Light dies more often than the American M3 Stuart.

The T7 Combat Car has tremendous DPM with its .50 cal machine gun.  It has 25 bullets in the clip, and each bullet does 8 average damage, so that's 200 average damage with 1 clip if they all penetrate!  But it has terrible accuracy and terrible penetration, only 27mm average pen, and it doesn't have access to APCR prammo.  So the T7 is absolutely fantastic against enemy tanks with very, very poor armour, like the British Mediums, UC 2 pdr, T82, Pzjgr I, BT-2 etc, provided you fire at point blank range.  But it is absolutely terrible against enemy tanks with very, very good armour, like the French D1 and D2, and the German low tier premiums.  Against well armoured enemies the T7 can only act as a annoying distraction while other green tanks do the shooting.
