Like you, I came over from WoT.

Glad to see you found a clan so quickly.

I joined one on the first day in Blitz.

You will really need help in becoming comfortable with the different interface.

But the smaller maps are really interesting, and the pace of Blitz battles is much more rapid.

I really like it here.

Nice to meet you, bro! What's clan you've been in in WoT?

Is EMRS any good?

Yeah, some things are different, but general things are the same.

One friend from my clan in WoT helped me to start a clan here, I couldn't.

Well, I was in [61MEG] for a while,  It was a South African clan.

It is a good clan, though they had a bit of a meltdown when players wanted to go in different directions.

Then I joined [-AWF-]. afterworkfun, as I wanted a more relaxed environment.

We expanded and created [A-W-F], afterworkforce, which was more oriented towards StrongHolds.

As BlueSnail, I am still the CO of [A-W-F], though we are looking for a replacement for me since I spend so much time here.

Starting a new clan on your own is not a good idea.

Best to learn the environment first.

Some clans, like [ALBA], have created multiple clans, some for newbies, and some for competitive players.

This is a good clan strategy.

[EMRS] is a good clan, but its not for new players.

I'm not familiar with your present clan, but stick with them and see if you like it.

You should spend at least 2 months with them, getting to know everyone.

If it doesn't work out, send me a PM if you want suggestions for good clans open to new, but experienced players.

There are quite a few of us who came over from WoT.

OMG !       I just realized that you have created your own "clan of one".

The recruiting environment here is much harder, as a lot of people on phones and tablets are not aware of the Form.

And the population is only around 10K active layers, if that much.

I do not recommend this approach.  If you want to keep your clan, simply start a new account.

There are some significant differences in the Blitz environment, that took me about a month to

fully comprehend, even with coaching.

[ALBAB] is an excellent clan to join at the moment, since your tanks will be low tier for a while.

They feed [ALBAC], which engages in tournaments, which are the equivalent of StrongHolds here.

Also, [B-B-B] is a good growing clan.  [FTC-1] looks good.

Please, please join an existing clan.  Otherwise you will make a lot of unnecessary noob mistakes.

Also, as I recall, you will not be able to use Player Mail for about a month.

I have sent you some player mail.  I hope you saw them in your email account.

I think it takes 30 days, before you can send player mail.

I peeked at your account.  Your depth of experience is obvious.  :playing:

Though your account is new, just about any clan would love to have you.

You should have no problem finding a good clan.  :honoring:

Hi OP

We will always welcome players coming in from WOT

As Blue Snail has said it’s sometimes easier in an established clan when starting out in Blitz

Apply to Albab we will help you find your bearings, you may find we have a few screws loose though!

ALBA - Carry harder

Play for team, play hard

Everyone started out as a Noob, just taking me longer to grow up :)

Starting a clan from Scratch is hard, it's best to be in a clan first, see how it's run and build on its faults and build even more on its good points. Getting a good core together is the best way to start a clan. When we first started 4 of us left our clan as the leader was a drunk and most nights he became argumentative and his behaviour got more erratic as the evening progressed. Beer and clans don't mix well. Don't tolerate idiots who abuse people constantly at the end of the day they are a representative of your clan. Just remember no one ever messages you to tell you how good one of your clan is but they do when things are bad. Be prepared to be let down until you know who is the main core of players. The good players must always be treated like gold as they are what makes your clan.

Fun banter is a must but never insult anyone ever. Be prepared to be ruthless when it comes to inactive players. Set a time limit on inactivity and stick to it. We have 30 days in the summer and 21 in winter.

Always check the forum as it gives you great insight and knowledge of what's happening but don't believe everything as some threads are opinions and have no facts.
