Did you see him using it in battle or you checked his garage and you saw his stats with t49 atm? Because those are 2 very different things.

Also - what does that have to do with mods?

One it shouldn’t be there .

Its s moded account !

the World War One tank was taken away after the special ended and the same was done with the t49 a 

so what your saying is this is normal to have these tanks in your garage . 

And the only reason I have checked is when playing against these player they can’t be hit or not were you shoot or you totally glitch out and when it comes back your dead .

Now let me explain to you simply so you can understand me and tune down your tone - even if someone sold a tank or as in the MK I and T49 ATM case WG takes away the tank if you go and check the player's statistics and go to vehicles you will be able to see their stats in those tanks. That doesnt mean they still have those tanks in their garage.

You can't see what people have in their garage via Assistant.  You're being paranoid.

Lee, if you look my account does it still show T7-Clown Car?  If so it’s not showing what is in the garage but everything they’ve had.  I sold T7 and defo not in my garage anymore - a different thread

I’d be amazed if there was a hack/mod that let you keep and/or play those tanks, although I work in IT so know it would be possible but you’d need to have found a major hole in the security or have insider knowledge to pull it off.

The only account I recognise on there is Sir_Bobby, and I'm pretty sure he's not a hacker.

Check my account. It'll show the JagdTiger I sold forever ago, and the IS-3 and the various Xmas gift premium tanks I traded in for slots. There's no way you can tell what I actually have currently. 

What do you mean by "glitches out"? Define the problem better and we might be able to offer a solution.
