This time we have stats for 2 versions. And tradition of leaking upcoming adjustments is back.

Changes for near future:

121B - rate of fire buff;

Grille 15 - concealment after shot buff;

FV215B - HP storage nerf;

Foch 155 - damage per shot nerf and rate of fire buff;

Progetto 65 - dynamics, accuracy, aiming and stabilization nerf;

Standard B - accuracy and stabilization nerf.

Progetto nerf? looks to me like it is balanced since it dropped back this update but its at the top with the 121 and stb, would like to know more about these nerfs and if they are going to destroy the tank

So nobody within that winrate band played the Deathstar, Indien or Panther II in 6.4? Or are the numbers broken?

Interesting as ever. However, the numbers don't reflect reality. By just using a tiny subset of the playerbase, the actual gaming experience of the majority is ignored. As an example, albeit anecdotal rather than statistical, the Tiger II looks amazing. Most times I see them, they are utterly useless,driven by someone who's rushed up the tiers to get an "iconic" vehicle.

I agree with you and my experience is the same but I think the approach of using top players is the best option, well least worst really :)

if they went down to the 55 level the tanks would be buffed even more than they already are and would be ridiculously OP for that 55+ group of players which is going to be much larger than the current set and make the experience even worse...

The issue is that the guys on the right end of the bell curve aren't the majority, aren't the ones who provide the majority of the money. Just buffing tanks doesn't help their enjoyment, but is likely to increase their disaffection and reduce their long-term engagement. 

Here's a radical idea: integrate a series of training videos in the game called "Win more battles". Bet nobody has ever suggested that... :facepalm:
