Oh man, same here, waiting since 7 days for an answer to my ticket.
I can't play Blitz cause I would spend the credits....XD

They are not replying to any tickets - they are clearly in some kind of meltdown.

It’s poor really. The vehicle restoration thing is something that they could easily have implemented in-App (rather than occupying their staff).

The staff should be focusing on giving people the tanks that they have paid for and/or won at Blitz Fair.

That is totally unacceptable.

And they just took notice about tickets out from support news... yeah right.

 

Ticket since 22 December and still waiting tank restoration.

 

I heard they will change restoration system for WoT PC atleast, not sure about rest games.

I submitted my ticket on 29th December. Yesterday (4th January) I got a reply from support informing me how much credits are needed for my tank to be restored and asking for conformation: 

" If all these conditions are met please reply with confirmation that this is the tank you would like restored and that you have the credits and garage slot available. Also, due to the increased number of tickets to the Customer Center, the response time has increased."

Thats actually quite encouraging (at least they are working through the pile of tickets). A couple of other clan mates have also had positive responses this morning - so I am waiting in anticipation for mine!

To take advantage of this one time exception, the following set of requirements apply

  • The premium vehicle you want back must have been sold within the last two(2) months.
  • You must have in the account, at least, the amount of credits you received for the sale of that premium vehicle.
  • You must have an empty slot in your garage, hangar or port.
  • A premium vehicle restoration exception was not used up before for the same game.

They changed it again.

Do you know if there’s any progress on an ingame solution or a buff to numbers of tickets or tanks that can be requested per ticket?

 

One a year is good progress but tickets are an exhaustive method for staff and players alike, if we could buy back via our garage it would save a lot of aggro for all,

If they add a option to buy premium tank that we sold before directly throught the garage that would be great.Because ticket conversation takes at least 1 week.

So you change something that only affects a few people but you won't change the lag, the total c*** situation which causes increasing numbers of people not being able to participate and therefore scoring zero!

Why not?

Every other WG employee I have asked this of suddenly stop posting on the forum.....are you leaving us, or perhaps you are going to buck the trend and actually answer this problem!

 I do know that the way i express myself to some, if not most, people sound a bit too...aggressive? salty? rude?... but this is the way i speak and the way my thought train rolls...so...yeah...i'm not trying to insult anyone or pick up any fights.

Maybe they rage sold it or just didn't know what a premium tank actually is. Maybe they didn't want to collect them when they were new in the game but then decided to start a collection after some time. Also it can be that someone else with acces to the account sold it. There are multiple reasons outside of intellectually challenged individuals at work.

Ilo, I understand the lag issue is frustrating and support you in raising this issue but I don’t appreciate the slur against players who in our defence weren’t made aware at the point of sell that it wasn’t reversible, or did so as new players not fully aware that further down the line we would want this tanks to complete for mastery or denoobing purposes.

 

Being obnoxious won’t bring many supporters to your door, but good luck with your efforts it would be good to see them resolved.
