Currently on offer...

SU85I, tier 5 TD. On sale for 3000 gold (£9.00 equivalent)

Bundle also contains

1 Garage Slot (250 gold - 0.75p)

3 Days Premium (650 gold - £1.95)

10 rare (presume Medium) Free XP Boosters (gold value - 120) £0.36

10 rare (presume Medium) Crew Boosters (gold value - 100 per booster) £0.30

10 rare (presume Medium) Combat Boosters (gold value - 240) £0.72

Extras total value, £4.08, Tank value £6.42

Tier 5 premium tanks typically cost around 2400 gold (£7.20)

The bundle is offered as 20% off, and in describing the boosters as rare there is no transparency on whether these are small, medium or large (though it does appear to be medium from the cost calculations).

Thanks stubbo66 for the calculations.

I think that "rare" is the new term for the old "medium". See for yourself in your storage.

New offer out today.....

Type 59 tier 8 Medium + Type 62 tier 7 light + Type 64 tier 6 light. On sale for £99.99

Bundle also contains

3 Garage Slots (750 gold - £2.25)

Dragon camo for Type 62 (Previously available for 1070 Gold or £3.21)

10,000 gold (£30)

30 Days Premium (2500 gold - £7.50)

Extras total value, £42.96, Tank value (Type 62 + Type 64) £45.32 (see previous posts) so you will be getting the Type 64 for an additional £11.71

Tier 6 premium tanks normal cost around 3000 gold (£9)

So you might think the bundle would give you some heavy discounting, but alas not...you're paying full price for everything and paying for some serious padding in terms of gold on top of the tanks costs.

But at least you now know where your money is going.

If you're gonna sink £100 on the game, just buy 34k gold. It will get you much further. One could get 4 tier 8 premiums and have enough left over to buy them gold camos! Or, even better, don't buy any of this!

New offer out today.....

Warhammer Predator + Vindicator Pack (Both tier VII). On sale for £54.99

Bundle also contains

2 Garage Slots (750 gold - £1.50)

Both Legendary Camos (Previously available for around 1070 Gold or £6.42)

3,000 gold (£9)

Extras total value, £16.92, Tank value £38.07 (or about £19 each)

Tier 7 premium tanks normal cost around 4900 gold (£14.70) so these come pretty pricey, and they are big targets to boot.

WG States in the text you are saving 19% on the bundle...which makes it look even less value for money against other tier 7 tanks. I don't think they have actually applied this discount if you look at the other bundle offers.

New offer out today.....

Warhammer Vindicator(UM). On sale for £20.99

Bundle also contains

1 Garage Slots (250 gold - £0.75)

Extras total value, £0.75, Tank value £20.24

Tier 7 premium tanks normal cost around 4900 gold (£14.70) so this comes pretty pricey, and is a big target to boot.

This is pretty interesting given what they are charging for the Humanity's shield bundle which they claim has 11% off. So let's work it back to find out the camo costs.

£31.99 less premium time (3.75) and garage slot (0.75) and basic Vindicator (£20.24) means the camos are costing £7.24 for the pair)

T-54 First Prototype, Tier 8 medium. On sale for £28.99

Bundle also contains

1 Garage Slots (250 gold - £0.75)

2000 Gold (£6.00)

3 Days Premium (650 gold - £1.95)

Extras total value, £8.70, Tank value £20.25

Tier 8 premium tanks normal cost around 7400 gold (£22.20), so a small saving.

This is a pretty good tank, but as usual it's good to see how it breaks down and what you are really getting for your money.

T-34-85 Rudy, tier 7 medium. On sale for £15.99

Bundle also contains

1 Garage Slots (250 gold - £0.75)

3 Days Premium (650 gold - £1.95)

Extras total value, £2.70, Tank value £13.29

Tier 7 premium tanks normal cost around 4900 gold (£14.70), so again another small saving.

T-34-85 is also available in game but at tier 6, so if you loved that a lot and want one at tier 7....here you go, it is competitive but a Comet is the benchmark at 7.

Of note, you can out DPM a Dracula in this tank!!!!

7 Days Premium (1250 gold - £3.75)

Extras total value, £19.50, Tank value £9.50

Tier 7 premium tanks normal cost around 4900 gold (£14.70), so if you can stomach all of the bundle padding, the tanks I actually value for money tier for tier.

A tank that was recently buffed, but still suffers at tier 8. Again, a lot of bundle padding with the credits and premium time...

112 Glacial. Tier 8 Heavy plus WZ 135G Blaze, tier 7 TD. On sale for £49.99

Bundle also contains

2 Garage Slots (500 gold - £1.50)

4000 Gold (£12)

30 Days Premium (2250 gold - £6.75)

Extras total value, £20.25, Tank value £29.24

Tier 8 premium tanks normal cost around 7400 gold (£22.20), and tier 7 premium tanks normal cost around 4900 gold (£14.70) so a combined normal value of £36.90.

The bundle does offer a value saving on the tanks, but only if your willing to shell out for the full cost of all the extras, especially the gold. Remember you're paying full price for everything added, not the discounted process you get when buying gold separately (though they call them free bonuses as a little trick).

Gr8 analysis but sometimes it’s not helping :)

I know I’m a potato.  I know I can’t play tier vii as top tier! But...

Shiney! Oh so shiney!

T-34-85 Rudy, its almost as if they created that camo to target blokes of a certain age!

Sorry! I apologise now to all the teams that may get a Mjr Potato in their team in this tank,

I’m trying so hard to leave it parked but I’m sooooo weak....

SU-76I Ice Claw tier 3 TD. On sale for £5.99

Bundle also contains

1 Garage Slot (250 gold - 0.75p)

3 Days Premium (650 gold - £1.95)

Claw legendary camo

Extras total value, £2.70, Tank value £3.29

Tier 3 premium tanks typically cost around 1200 gold (£3.60)

So it's a good deal for the tank cost, the premium is the padding to up the cost, but it's a decent little TD....but let's face it, not many people other than collectors will buy a premium tier 3 as you want a premium to make lots of credits in!

Currently on offer...

Angry Conner, tier 5 TD. On sale for £11.99

Bundle also contains

1 Garage Slot (250 gold - 0.75p)

Extras total value, £0.75, Tank value £11.24

Tier 5 premium tanks typically cost around 2400 gold (£7.20)

Something seems to be a bit off with the pricing of this tank. As you can see, a typical Tier 5 costs around £7.20, but they are charging £11.24 which is pretty high for a tier 5...and for this tank especially it's tough ask as it's a horrible tank to drive (unless you are any good at driving anywhere backwards).

I would avoid this as it's not great value for money tier for tier.

The higher price might be linked to its credit earning potential which looks to be high for the tier.  Only played a few games so far with it but it really is pulling in the silver...

Pobably a combination of that, and the fact that it's not very popular and rarely available, turning into a kind of collector tank. Which means they expect people to pay more.
