Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd the event is gone from me in game. Which is following the 3 day to complete with gold clause I guess.

 

Sigh! And there I was expecting to not have to play the VK30.02D again to unlock the Indien... gutted!

Support came back with a day of premium as compensation:

Same here, a day of premium. It's nice I guess, but a very very long way of half xp for a tank of each level between 6 and 10, and several days of premium for some of the stages in between if I understand my friends right. :(

Considering above-mentioned.

 

1 day of premium account is initial compensation for technical issues you've encountered. Unfortunately, performing an individual start for every player who faced this problem is impossible in terms of technical implementation. 

 

The event is up-and-running and we plan to charge compensation individually: it will be charged after the finish of the active stage of the event (we will need some time for analyzing data and charging reward) depending on your activity. So keep playing every day to get the biggest compensation possible. 

 

Individual compensation will be charged automatically so no need to appeal to Support.

the 50 % certificate although nice beginning a burden to manny play tanks to much high tier there play style and you can not learn game in a few months i play now 2 years and i am sometimes also noob

Most redecilous update ever give people change to go up the tiers and what we see lately terrible teams people that al want to move as fast up to tier 10 not knowing tank they play i stil play tiger p t 7 which i like and almost 2500 battles it both others just want to hurry as fast they can trek line which resulted since your update in a broken team

i have one t 10 a premium only go in t 10 games which experienced t 10 players my self i see myself not t 10 material and i play now 3 years so Stupid update

Compensation for players, who couldn't finish active stage of the event due to technical issues will be charged shortly (1-2 days). 
Reminding you that compensation is individual and depends on player's activity during the event.
