I can see some merit in Mini’s idea, but you’d have to take the 1st gun off the scavenger as people would just play it with that to seal club in iv/v battles - even with that gun it would be OP if top tiered all the time...
TL;DR: Leave MM alone WG, you have buggered about with it enough, and haven’t a scooby about he impact; leave it so we can get on with playing the game.
There are other examples - kv-1 without it’s top tracks would be OP in iv/v fights, same for kv-2 with tier vi gun in v/vi only fights, etc
On balance, I just think it needs too much fiddling with too many tanks to avoid creating lots of OP seal clubber tanks and WG should stop mucking around with MM, they just don’t think things through or test things properly to be able to make any more changes to MM.
Look at the collector stank changes, the experienced player queue or low tier nerfs & decimation, for example, I knkw they’ve probably achieved their real goal or will do of making more money for WG but they haven’t improved the gameplay experience and have arguably made it worse. The yawning chasm between tier iv & v and v & vi is a good example.
