Modules: Anyone seem to have these damaged each and every time?

It seems like no matter where I get shot, and when I get shot, I always seems to get my modules damaged, even after buying the equipment. 

 

Anyone else having this problem?

I get set on fire a lot. And my Comet driver has a deathwish.

Yes!! My driver's always get blasted straight away.

Light tanks almost always get module damage after a hit.

There's a crew skill that increases the probability of a module being damaged or a crewman injured.

 

Also, many players don't use the protective kit provision item.

I do get set in fire rather a lot these days and yes I am fully uploaded with all the various protection. I rarely set reds on fire.

Are you aiming to set them on fire ?

cause if u don’t, it happens less often.

i give a fire to someone every other game these days. It’s fun.

I've gone back to the basic consumables for that reason.  Repair kit, medkit, automatic fire extinguisher.

 

I don't bother repairing tracks anymore unless there are multiple reds shooting at me.

Don't know if I am actually aiming at the reds to start a fire, but as minitelrose says, it seem to happen often.

What is frustrating is that the reds seem to put it out very quickly, about one second, but when I'm hit, and on fire my driver seems very slow putting it out on auto, and even if I activate the manual one, I seem to drive around still on Fire, with the commentary says "put it out" for a period or multiple second AFTER I activated it, and even find that I regularly burn till destroyed with both the auto extinguish working and the manual activated!

you should, it’s free.

 

I never use auto-extinguisher. I use repair, multi repair, and adrenaline / engine boost.

Sometimes I would ditch repair for engine boost, when I feel cocky and agressive. I like the engine boost. It’s a small dose if u ask me, but I still like it.

 

what annoys me is that sometimes I’m too busy to notice I’m on fire, and the commander won’t mention the fire until several seconds in. 

The other annoying thing: it seems that 50% of the fires occur right after I used my multi kit.

all german are fireprone. Their engines are big and the transmission is right behind the front plate. Add 20% fire and u are served.

this said I put fires upon IS- much more often. Gas tank is weak and exposed. It’s my favorite.

french tanks have turret ring made out of onion rings.

chinese are just plain [edited]. Which is all good with me.
