Hi!

I bought today an ISU-152. And my problem is, to which gun I should I use on it. I have 3 from SU-152, the 152 troll and two 122mm guns (to make you sure, I don't have the mighty BL-10). So, on which gun I should run this monster, and also which gun i should research first (BL-10 or the 122 mm gun)

Use ML-20S. Do not grind BL-9S. Most can risk 400-500 damage but many will think twice before 640-960. Dont use calibrated shells that is just stupid. HEAT has 250 pen already and having 142 pen instead of 135 on AP shells aint gonna matter at tier 8-9. Mostly make use of HEAT and HE.

It is not stupid. Your HEAT pen increase to 275 and HE to 95, so it is possible to deal 960 dmg by HE to is3's sides, between tracks and spaced armor

The only way you are going to deal full HE damage to an IS-3 is to either get very lucky with the curved trajectory of low velocity howitzer or fire at point blank range. Either way, you risk the tank unless it is a decisive win and that IS-3 is like the last enemy remaining.

It really depends on your personal preference.

The 152 mm guns have higher damage per shot, and better penetration with premium ammo, but are less accurate and take longer to aim.  If you keep missing too many shots with the 152 mm, try a 122 mm gun instead.
