Hi, I just unlocked Tiger I, but I'm not sure if I should buy it? I read the statistics, it discourages me from buying a bit, but I would like to know how this tank works in practice. I'm not talking about grinding to higher tiers, only play for fun. I really like VK 36.01 h - great bouncing heavy against 6t's, good support sniper against 7t's, this universal heavy / medium style of game really suits me. The question is, can I use this style of playing with Tiger I where I will play often against 8 tiers? Thanks for the answers.

Yes agree with above post, play with the meds and use top gun one of my all time favorite go too tanks nearly always come out at top on battle results even when bottom tier. One tip angle the gun over the front drive sprocket when facing the reds and more or less they will bounce their shot.

You need to be able to work the armour, side scraping, using cover, using the mobility to get to positions to make the excellent gun sing.

It is an excellent tank, but not comparable to the idiotically buffed VK36, imho.

I bought it and I really had a good time. Yes, the hull is little bit paper, but nothing would hurt. For me best thing that Fast reloading. Thanks for your tips.

I had the Tiger and the Tiger II before they were buffed and they still beasts back then. I can't imagine how good they are now. I won't buy them back since I am grinding other tanks.

It's nowadays one of the easier tier 7 tanks to play with. Great armor, great mobility, great gun statistics, good hp pool, great DPM. Since it got overbuffed in the armor department it's basically immune to most tier 6 and some tier 7 tanks. I think it's a good tank to learn higher tiers with because you have a decent reload so missing doesn't punish you that hard, enough armor to bounce some shots and a hp pool which keeps you in the game if you make a mistake.

The Tiger 1 has never been more new player friendly. I managed 1,4k average damage and 60 percent WR in it as a noob before the DPM buff, let alone the buffs it got in terms of armor and HP later on. Don't worry about it.

Tiger used to be a very bad tank, and now it’s very easy to use.
It also has a very similar profile to the vk before it, therefore you won’t lose your marks when driving it.

what will change is you seeing tier8, and there are quite the number of monsters at tier8, and quite a gap in specs.
for that reason when low tier it will be more challenging ( every tier up is more challenging).

sl hui may buy it and play it a bit, I encourage you to also start another line on the side, and alternate.
this will make you an overall better player, and will release some stress when the tiger doesn’t cut it.

I want just that, and replay files.

Sorry Mjr...immense is not the word....that is too much of an exaggerated notion.

What I really find is that even in my TII, a red TII appears red from the front and I simply cannot pen it.

Doesnt seem to be reciprocated though, as I seem to be penned from most directions.....

There must be loads of people simply using  prammo all the time!

yep you need prammo for Tiger II on Tiger II action, it’s only a few credits more so just carry 9 or 10 and it is immense :P

it’s true, contrarily to Russians, Germans are especially sensitive to angling correctly. You can’t cheat that.
