Hello, since a few hours I have terrible lag and packet loss where I usually have 20-30ms and 0% packet loss I now have 70-130 ping and 20% packetloss.

Already tested different games and did a network check and there were no issues detected. I play with cable not WIFI and it's on PC. I can 100% guarantee it's not on my end.

Thank you, I didn't see a post regarding it in the first few topics so I assumed it was not every player and the forum is mostly dead anyway. :D

"Glad" to hear I am not alone with this. Game is unplayable. At least I didn't pay anything for the event.

It is funny how after android users were forced to make 2nd download/7.3 fix, the game became even worse.

@Qnubis: Good to hearing that you play on PC.

I used ping plotter to measure the ping from my home connection to WOTBlitz server. However, ping plotter can't be active on an iPad simultaneously while playing the game on that same iPad. So I installed png plotter on my iPhone and measured the ping while playing the game o my iPad. On that particular night, I didn't encounter any delay in gameplay and ping plotter measured ping in the 60's. However, I noticed  a difference between the ping displayed in battle (iPad) and the ping measured by the iPhone: it is not much, just about 10 (battlescreen shows ping of 70/80, ping plotter measures 50/60). Last night I had ping plotter active on my iPhone again.....and guess what: I had two big ping spikes (>400 and packet losses of 6%) in the game play, but the ping plotter on the iPhone didn't register any of them. Strange, isn't it? I start to believe that either:

- one need to have ping plotter and Blitz active on the same device simultaneously to have a accurate measurement as a result;

- it is the clientsoftware that is causing troubles / packet loss.

If you are playing Blitz on PC, maybe you can play the game while having ping plotter measuring on the PC as well? You might want to give it a go....

@ net4force......interesting that the game had problems, but the pingplotter didn’t......

For me, if you read the other posts, you will see the actions that I have been doing at WG suggestions....and these were working....until today...

Just done a complete removal, cache clear and reload as the game has been unplayable for the last couple of days....".

However, first game after reload....lost packets from start at 28%.....and every game so far today has been lost packets from2% upwards!

28% packett loss isn't exactly encouraging :-( The trouble is of course that after all that you already have done (reinstall, clear cache, etc.), what's left / what else could you do?

Yeah, I found it curious yesterday night: the gameplay (on iPad) encountered two ping spikes and packet loss (luckily, just two....), but the ping plotter on the iPhone didn't register anything abnormal. But, since I am not an expert in these matters, I don't have an explanation (yet).

I had a battle on Mines map where I went to go for some cover and the game decided to make me go around in circles! I typed a message in chat that I couldn't control the tank but it did not appear so came out of the game and re-tried, when I returned a  team message from one player saying' report M4 AFK'  I replied 'sorry been thrown out of my last three games.

It would be interesting to see what other players see, just an immobile tank or like I've sometimes seen one going forwards with turret pointing to the rear and continuing until it crashes into something.

Played Saturday night between 22.20 and 00.30 on iPad, recorded ping plotter on a Mac. No packet loss at all during gameplay, just smooth gameplay and no stuttering of screen or immobile / unsteerable tanks. Interestingly, ping plotter registered more than 10 timeframes of less than 5 seconds with up to 30% packet loss. The interesting thing is, however, that I didn't notice these measured spikes and packet losses during game play. The more I measure, the less I understand but that it is complex...

I got the ping/packet loss spike too.
Usually ping is around 10p and packet loss is 0
And today, ping suddenly jumped to 400 and 10 percent packet loss.
I don't think it's on my side as I switched to the Asia server and it was all fine over there
