Hello,

 

I want to share my new problem with Wargaming, support and the hidden rules/agreement

 

Unfortunately, this game created by a company that does not respect its customers who pay a real money.

As we all know, we can get a refund for each tank in which we have not played a battle.

We will not be able to offer a refund for the following items purchased from the Premium Shop:
-Premium vehicles which have been in battle

In the last Auction I bought the T54E2, then I decided... I do not want it.
I contacted the support, that I want to refund this tank, I  have no battle in it.

 

The support main answer is:
We are sorry to inform you that this purchase cannot be cancelled as you've purchased the tank on the Auction.

What do you think?

The tag you used in the title of thread Blitz Economics is not to be used by literally everyone, it can be used by WG staff or Stubbo66 but not everyone can. 

About the problem, go to upgrades and sell it from there, simple, easy.

Auction purchases are not refundable just like opened gambling crates.
Auction is by definition a high pressure selling technique and purchases frequently result in buyer ‘s remorse, it’s a feature not a bug.

The rule you quote is about tanks from the premium shop. Nowhere does it say the refund rule applies to things outside the premium shop, the auction is an example of "not a premium shop"

 

Also change your topic title.

Sorry but where you did read this, how can I know this if it is not written? and thanks for the downvote

as a customer and player I have the right to know this before the auction, as long as it is not written, I cannot know it, for example if Amazon did some thing like this it will be a big scandal

You knew enough about it that it peaks peoples interest, and you chose to use it to get the eyeballs.

I'm not buying your "i'm sorry officer, i didn't know"-excuse, it seems a very deliberate choice.

I CBA 2 look but I'm pretty sure WG say auction purchases are not refundable in the news items....

It’s clearly stated what can be refunded, there are at least two topics on how auction refunds work. Next time do a forum search, or just simply don’t buy anything.

No worries, anyone can use any tag, another question is wether clickbaiting is really worth it. Maybe the cheating one will trigger WG, will see.
